6. 1. 2018 DANCE JOURNEY – OPENING INTO ECSTATIC BODY
The studio opens at 19:00. The first 15 minutes are available for arrival, warming up and relaxing the body, as well as connecting with yourself and the group. At 19:15 we start with a dance journey.
1) JOURNEY IN THE ECSTATIC BODY (90 min.): The first part is a non-guided dance journey. We dance alone, yet at the same time we are connected by a group energy and spontaneous tuning. Let us indulge in the authentic expression of the moment and wisdom of the body. Music will invite the brightest and darkest areas of ourselves, challenge the deepest encounter with itself, and invite to unleash the freedom of the ecstatic body.
2) TRUE MEETING (60 min): After a short break, we will continue with the second part that will be guided meeting in presence and sharing experiences. In small groups, we will meet in different ways in silence, presence, eye contact or words. We will have the opportunity to truly meet with our vulnerability and sincerity and experience the beauty of mutual support.

The month’s dance evening will take place on January 27. A collection of good music for dance lovers and a special dance evening with homemade Marmalade competition. Join us for an evening of dance, marmalade and pancakes. Put the date in your diaries and get ready to go!

29. 1. 2018 ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS BALLROOM AND LATIN DANCE COURSE
Our adult Ballroom Dancing Classes for Beginners in dance studio Moj Korak are open to everyone. Book today and start learning to Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba and others. This course is perfect for those with little or no ballroom dance experience, interested in learning the basics of a variety of styles and gaining the ability to socially dance each of them.
